Removal and Installation

- Remove the LR quarter trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
- Remove the 3 rivets and the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch shield.
- Disconnect the IFS switch electrical connector.
- Remove the 2 bolts and the IFS
switch.
- To install, tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE:
Do not overtighten the fasteners or damage to the switch will occur.
