Toe Adjustment - Rear

  1. Using alignment equipment and the manufacturer's instructions, measure the rear toe.
  2. Start the engine and center the steering wheel.
  3. NOTE: Use a steering wheel holding device (such as Hunter® 28-75-1 or equivalent).
  4. Turn the engine OFF and using a suitable holding device, hold the steering wheel in the straight-ahead position.
  5. Loosen the toe link nut approximately one full turn.

  7. From the opposite side, rotate the toe link bolt to achieve the specified toe setting.
  8. NOTE: Make sure that the toe settings are not disturbed while tightening the nuts.
  9. While holding the toe link bolt, tighten the nut to 100 Nm (74 lb-ft).
  10. Recheck the toe settings and adjust as necessary.
