Removal And Installation

- Remove the fuel tank. For additional information, refer to FUEL TANK AND LINES article.
- Release the clamp and disconnect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fill limiting vent valve hose.
- Remove the fill limiting vent valve from the tank.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Carry out an Evaporative Emission System Leak Test. For additional information, refer to Evaporative Emission System Leak Test .
NOTE:
Be careful when removing the fill limiting vent valve from the fuel tank grommet to avoid damaging either component.
