Pump And Intermediate Clutch Piston: Disassembly

  1. Remove the No. 1 selective pump support thrust washer.

    NOTE: Note the location of the bleed hole during disassembly for assembly.
  3. Remove the intermediate clutch piston.

  5. Remove the bolts and remove the front pump support.

    NOTE: Note that the new seals on this pump are square cut on the ends.
  7. Remove the seal rings.

  9. Remove the inner and outer pump gerotor gears.

  11. Remove and discard the front pump seal.
