- Verify the customer concern by operating the system.

Mechanical Electrical - Front seat track
- Seat at limit(s) of travel
- Seat tracks obstructed or damaged
- Power lumbar assembly damaged
- Heated seat fuse bussed electrical center (BEC) fuse 66 (25A)
- Driver power seat and lumbar BEC fuse 14 (30A)
- Passenger power seat BEC fuse 15 (30A)
- Loose, corroded or damaged connectors
- Seat control switch
- Heated seat switch (part of heating ventilation air conditioning [HVAC] module)
- Heated seat relays
- Lumbar control switch
- Cushion heater mat
- Backrest heater mat
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
