Striker Adjustment

NOTE: After adjusting the door latch striker plate, verify the door can be closed easily and fits tightly.

Loosen the door latch striker plate bolts.

Reposition the door latch striker plate from side to side or up and down as necessary.
Tighten the 2 door latch striker plate bolts.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Check the adjustment. For additional information, refer to BODY REPAIRS article. Repeat the procedure as necessary.
