Door Alignment

All adjustments 

  1. Remove the door latch striker.
  2. Horizontal and vertical adjustment 

  3. Loosen the front door hinge-to-front door bolts.

  5. Adjust the front door. For additional information, refer to BODY REPAIRS article.
  6. Tighten the front door hinge-to-front door bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
  7. Fore and aft adjustment 

  8. Remove the front fender. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS article.
  9. Loosen the door hinge-to-body bolts.
  10. Adjust the front door. For additional information, refer to BODY REPAIRS article.
  11. Tighten the front door hinge-to-body bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
  12. Install the front fender. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS article.
  13. All adjustments 

  14. Install the front door latch striker.
    • Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
