Removal And Installation

All idler pulleys 

  1. Using a suitable belt tensioner release tool, rotate the Supercharger (SC) belt tensioner clockwise and remove the SC belt from the SC pulley.
  2. Smooth idler pulley 

  3. Remove the bolt and the SC belt smooth idler pulley.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  4. Grooved idler pulley 

  5. Remove the bolt and the SC belt grooved idler pulley.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  6. Heavy load idler pulley 

  7. Loosen the coolant pump pulley bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

  9. Using a suitable belt tensioner release tool, rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt from the coolant pump pulley.
  10. Remove the bolts and the coolant pump pulley.

  12. Remove the bolt and the SC belt heavy load idler pulley.
    • To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  13. All idler pulleys 

  14. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
