Removal And Installation

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING article.
  2. Disconnect the turbine shaft speed (TSS) sensor electrical connector.
  3. Remove the TSS sensor bolt and sensor.
    • Remove the TSS sensor bolt.
    • Remove the TSS sensor.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Tighten bolt to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
