B2729 Cushion Over-Temp Detected (Driver) On-Demand and Continuous Go to Pinpoint Test AM .
B272A Passenger Cushion Over-Temp Detected On-Demand and Continuous Go to Pinpoint Test AN .
B272B Passenger Back Over-Temp Detected On-Demand and Continuous Go to Pinpoint Test AO .
B272C Driver Differential Temperature Fault On-Demand and Continuous If on-demand, go to Pinpoint Test AP . If continuous only, and the system is operating, CHECK the TED cooling performance on the affected seat and VERIFY the system is operating correctly. REFER to Component Testing - Thermo-Electric Device (TED) Cooling Performance . If a concern is found, CHECK the affected seat cushion or backrest for correct installation of the climate controlled seat components (TED, manifold, air ducts and foam pad). CHECK for airflow restrictions (TED inlets and outlets, TED-to-manifold connections, filters and ducts) and REPAIR as needed. If OK, CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation. The DTC may have been set by extreme cabin temperatures or excessive sun-load on the seat causing the system to enter recovery mode. Occupant size and weight characteristics can also be a factor. If a concern cannot be found or duplicated, RETURN the vehicle to the customer.
B272D Passenger Differential Temperature Fault On-Demand and Continuous If on-demand, go to Pinpoint Test AQ .
