Programming the Auto-Unlock Feature Using the Instrument Cluster Message Center

The auto-unlock feature can be activated or deactivated independently of the auto lock feature.
NOTE:
The auto-unlock feature of the SJB can also be configured ON or OFF with the scan tool. For additional information on module configuration, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION

- Turn the ignition key from the OFF to the ON position.
- Press the SETUP button on the message center switch until AUTO UNLOCK <ON> OFF is displayed.
- Press the RESET button to select ON or OFF. If auto-unlock is enabled, the message center will have brackets around the <ON> display. If auto-unlock is disabled, the message center will have brackets around the <OFF> display.
