Rear Window Defrost

The heated rear window control switch is part of the climate control assembly located in the instrument panel. When the heated rear window control switch is pressed, ground is provided to the heated rear window relay coil. The heated rear window relay supplies voltage to the rear window defrost grid and the LH and RH exterior rear view mirror defrost grids.

The SJB will deactivate the heated rear window relay when one of the following conditions is met:
