- A1 CHECK CIRCUITS CBP41 (BU) AND CBP47 (GN/BU) FOR VOLTAGE
- Disconnect: LH Front Window Control Switch C535A
- Disconnect: LH Front Window Control Switch C535B
- Key in ON position.
- Measure the voltage between LH front window control switch C535A-3, circuit CBP41 (BU), harness side and ground; and between LH front window control switch C535B-3, circuit CBP47 (GN/BU), harness side and ground.
- Is the voltage greater than 10 volts for both measurements?
- YES : INSTALL a new LH front window control switch. REFER to Window Control Switch . TEST the system for normal operation.
- NO : VERIFY the SJB fuse 41 (15A) is OK. If OK, go to A2.
- A2 CHECK CIRCUITS CBP41 (BU) AND CBP47 (GN/BU) FOR AN OPEN
- Key in OFF position.
- Disconnect: SJB C2280D
- Measure the resistance between LH front window control switch C535A-3, circuit CBP41 (BU), harness side and SJB C2280D-16, circuit CBP41 (BU), harness side; and between LH front window control switch C535B-3, circuit CBP47 (GN/BU), harness side and SJB C2280D-32, circuit CBP47 (GN/BU), harness side.
- Are the resistances less than 5 ohms for both measurements?
