The anti-theft indicator is always/never on	Instrument cluster	Go to Pinpoint Test F .
The vehicle does not start	Circuitry Starter relay PCM	CYCLE the ignition. CARRY OUT the PCM self-test. If passive anti-theft system (PATS) DTCs are present, go to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index.
