Seat Backrest - Second Row, 40 Percent: Removal
- With the backrest folded down, release the backrest trim cover lower J-clip.
- Release the 2 backrest trim cover inside J-clips from the hard back panel.
- Separate and remove the outer pivot cover on the inboard side of the seat.
- If equipped, disconnect the heater mat electrical connector.
- Remove the pivot bolt.
- Partially invert the backrest trim cover and remove the 2 recliner-to-backrest frame bolts.
- Remove the backrest.
NOTE:
Use care when separating the seat back trim cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip may be torn from the seat back foam.
