Accessory Drive Belt Idler Pulley - 4.6L (3V)

Front End Accessory Drive (FEAD) - Exploded View, 4.6L (3V):

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.
2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the drive belt.





3. NOTE: The 4.6L (3V) has 3 idler pulleys, an upper RH, an upper LH and a lower LH.

Remove the bolt and the accessory drive belt idler pulley.
^ To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
