Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate: Removal

  1. Remove the transaxle. For additional information, refer to MANUAL TRANSAXLE-TRANSMISSION .
    2. CAUTION: Loosen the clutch pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts evenly, by 2 turns at a time.

  2. Remove the clutch pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts, the clutch disc and the pressure plate. Discard the bolts.
