Shock Absorber - Wagon: Installation
- Position the shock absorber and install the upper bolt.
- Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
- Install the shock absorber lower bolt.
- Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
- Remove the jack stand.
- Install the exhaust heat shield.
- Attach the exhaust system to the rear hanger isolator.
CAUTION:
Tighten the shock absorber upper bolt with the suspension at curb height.
CAUTION:
Tighten the shock absorber lower bolt with the suspension at curb height.
NOTE:
After installing the LH shock absorber, it is necessary to install the exhaust heat shield.
NOTE:
After installing the LH shock absorber, it is necessary to attach the exhaust system to the rear hanger isolator.
