Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to HEATER CORE AND EVAPORATOR CORE HOUSING  in this article.
  2. Remove the screw and the floor duct.

  3. Remove the air inlet duct.
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Remove the 4 retaining clips and the air inlet duct.

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
