Removal And Installation

NOTE:
New bolts must be installed, do not reuse the bolts that were removed. The studs and nuts can be reused.
- Remove and discard the rear seat load floor-to-floor bolt.
- To install, tighten to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
- Remove the 6 load floor bolts and remove the load floor assembly.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
- Remove and discard the 3 front seat riser-to-floor bolts.
- To install, tighten to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
- Remove the 2 rear seat riser-to-floor nuts and bolt.
- To install, tighten to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
- Remove the 60/40 rear seat assembly.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Make sure the safety belt is not twisted prior to installation.
- Make sure the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants after installation.
NOTE:
Removing the rear seat requires more than one technician.
