Disassembly And Assembly

NOTE:
60 percent seat shown, 40 percent seat similar.
- Remove the 60 percent or 40 percent cushion. For additional information, refer to Seat Cushion - Rear, 60/40, CrewCab in this article.
- Using a suitable tool, remove the grocery bag hooks (if equipped).
- Release the cushion trim cover J-clip.
- Release the 2 cushion trim cover side hook-and-loop strips.
- Invert the seat cushion trim cover and release the hook-and-loop strips.
- Remove the hog rings.
- Remove the cushion trim cover from the cushion foam pad.
- Remove the cushion foam pad from the cushion frame.
- To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
CAUTION:
Use care when separating the cushion trim cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the cushion foam.
