- Verify the customer concern by operating the system.

- Wiper linkage
- Multi-function switch
- CJB fuses:
- 1 (10A)
- 113 (30A)
- Circuitry
- Windshield wiper motor
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the Symptom Chart. Go to Symptom Chart - Wipers and Washers .
