Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the LH exhaust manifold. For additional information, refer to Exhaust Manifold - LH  in this article.
  2. Remove the oil level indicator tube bolt.
    • To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
  3. Remove the oil level indicator tube and discard the O-ring seal.
    4. NOTE: Install a new O-ring seal. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil prior to installation.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
