Removal and Installation

- Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Remove the 4 throttle body bolts and position the throttle body aside.
- To install, tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb-in).
- Remove the roll restrictor cross brace-to-roll restrictor bolt.
- To install, clean the bolt using a wire brush, apply new threadlock to the threads and tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Remove the 4 roll restrictor cross brace-to-strut tower bolts and the crossbar.
- To install, clean the bolts using a wire brush, apply new threadlock to the threads and tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
- Remove the 4 roll restrictor support bracket bolts and the support bracket.
- To install, clean the bolts using a wire brush, apply new threadlock to the threads and tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
- Detach the wiring retainer from the roll restrictor.
- Remove the 2 bolts and the roll restrictor.
- To install, clean the bolt using a wire brush, apply new threadlock to the threads and tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
