Disassembly and Assembly

Remove the front bench seat backrest. For additional information, refer to SEAT BACKREST - FRONT, BENCH .
Remove the safety belt buckles from the cushion trim retainer (1 side shown).

Remove the 2 LH seat riser nuts and remove the seat riser.
- To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

Remove the 2 RH seat riser nuts and remove the seat riser.
- To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

Remove 2 seat track-to-cushion front bolts (1 shown).
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (19 lb-ft).

Remove 2 seat track-to-cushion rear bolts (1 shown) and remove the seat track assembly.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (19 lb-ft).

Remove the 2 LH seat track adjusting bar bolts.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).

Remove the RH seat track adjusting bar bolt.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).

Release the seat cushion J-clips.

NOTE: Note the position of the recliner cable for installation.

Release the recliner cable anchor clips and remove the recliner cable.
Remove the seat cushion frame from the seat cushion and trim cover assembly.

CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat cushion trim cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the seat cushion foam.

Invert the cushion trim cover and release the hook-and-loop strips and remove the seat cushion trim cover from the foam pad.
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
