Oil Temperature Sensor

| SAE 5W-20 Premium Synthetic Blend Motor Oil XO-5W20-QSP (in Canada Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 Super Premium Motor Oil CXO-5W20-LSP12) or equivalent | WSS-M2C930-A |
- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Drain the engine oil.
- Disconnect the EOT sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the EOT sensor. Discard the O-ring seal.
- To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
- Install a new O-ring seal. Lubricate the new O-ring seal with clean engine oil prior to installation.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
