All door locks are inoperative from one switch	Circuitry Door lock control switch	GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
All door locks are inoperative	Circuitry Door lock control switch Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
A single/more than one door lock is inoperative	Circuitry Door latch Liftgate latch actuator SJB (LH front door lock only)	GO to PINPOINT TEST C .

The power door unlock inhibit feature is inoperative	Smart junction box (SJB)	INSTALL a new SJB. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES . TEST the system for normal operation.
Panic feature is inoperative/does not operate correctly	Remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
The smart lock does not operate correctly	Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST H .
The door locks operate only one way	Door lock control switch Smart junction box (SJB)	CHECK the operation of both door lock switches. If the door locks operate only one way from both door lock switches, INSTALL a new SJB. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES . TEST the system for normal operation. If the door locks operate only one way from a single switch, INSTALL a new door lock control switch. REFER to DOOR LOCK CONTROL SWITCH . TEST the system for normal operation.
The doors do not lock/unlock using the remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad	Circuitry RKE keypad Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
The remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad illumination is inoperative	Circuitry RKE keypad Smart junction box (SJB)	GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
