Signal Functions

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2006 Ford RV Cutaway, 2006 Ford Pickup, 2006 Ford F550 Super Duty, 2006 Ford F450 Super Duty, and 2006 Ford Econoline. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The CPP switches indicate the state of the clutch pedal. The CPP switch A is a normally open switch that indicates clutch disengagement (bottom of travel). The CPP switch B is a normally closed switch that indicates clutch engagement (top of travel). The application and release of the clutch pedal disables the speed control system, the cold idle kicker, or the power take-off (PTO) system, if enabled.
