PINPOINT TEST: KP: Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Pump: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

CAC pump relay (14B192)
CAC pump (8501)
harness circuits: CAC, VPWR and GND
powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
