Action 

RETRIEVE and RECORD all PCM DTCs. REFER to the ENGINE CONTROLS - POWERTRAIN DTC CHARTS AND DESCRIPTIONS (HYBRID) or ENGINE CONTROLS - POWERTRAIN DTC CHARTS AND DESCRIPTIONS - (EXCEPT HYBRID) to diagnose the engine speed or vehicle speed concern.
