Clutch Pedal Freeplay Adjustment

Measure the clutch pedal travel.
1. If the measurement is not within specification, turn the clutch pedal adjustment bolt as necessary.
2. Tighten the clutch pedal locknut to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
  - Recheck the measurement.

Measure clutch pedal free play.
1. Depress the clutch pedal by hand until the push rod contacts the clutch master cylinder piston.
2. If the measurement is not within specification, loosen the locknut and turn the push rod as necessary. Tighten the clutch pedal locknut to 15 Nm (133 lb-in).
  - Recheck the measurement.
