The 2-step door unlocking does not operate correctly	2-step door unlocking is disabled	PROGRAM the 2-step door unlocking. REFER to STEPPED UNLOCK PROGRAMMING . TEST the system for normal operation.

Manual interior lock/unlock rod inoperative	Bent or binding lock rod Door latch	OPERATE the door lock rod manually while observing the door lock rod for any binding or if the rod is bent. If the rod is bent or damaged, REPAIR as necessary. TEST the system for normal operation. If the rod is OK, INSTALL a new door latch. REFER to Removal and Installation or Removal and Installation . TEST the system for normal operation.
