Removal and Installation
- Remove the RH headlamp assembly. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR LIGHTING
.
- Disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) pump outlet and inlet hoses from the AIR tubes.

- Disconnect the AIR pump electrical connector.
- Remove the 2 AIR pump retaining bolts.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Lift up on the AIR pump assembly to release the pump from the RH front frame rail and remove the AIR pump assembly.

- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
