  • REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized audio system repair facility. REFER to AUDIO UNIT . TEST the system for normal operation.

  • Continuous SEEK/SCAN in AM/FM

  • REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized audio system repair facility. REFER to AUDIO UNIT . TEST the system for normal operation after the repair.

  • If the audio unit display functions correctly, REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized audio system repair facility. REFER to AUDIO UNIT . TEST the system for normal operation after the repair.
  • If the audio unit display does not function correctly, GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
  • The CD player/MP3 player does not operate correctly
  • Audio unit
  • INSTALL a known good CD/MP3 disc.
    • If the CD/MP3 player operates correctly, the symptom may have been caused by corrupt data on the CD or dirty or damaged CD.
    • If the CD player/MP3 player still does not operate correctly, REMOVE the audio unit and SEND it to an authorized audio system repair facility. REFER to AUDIO UNIT . TEST the system for normal operation.
  • The subwoofer is inoperative
