Roof Opening Panel Motor: Removal

    CAUTION: To avoid damage, the overhead console trim panel must only be pulled downward far enough to release the retaining clips.
  1. Remove the overhead console trim panel from the overhead console.
    1. Using a suitable tool, release the 2 front retaining clips.
    2. Pull the overhead console trim panel downward to release the 2 side retaining clips.
    3. Push the overhead console trim panel forward to release the rear retaining clip.

  2. Remove the overhead console trim panel.
    • Disconnect the roof opening panel control switch electrical connector.
  3. Disconnect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the 3 bolts and the roof opening panel motor.
