Seat Cushion - Rear: Disassembly

NOTE: Only late build seat trim cushion covers will be available for service.

All rear seat cushions

Remove the bolts and the rear seat cushion.

Early build seat cushion cover

Detach the J-clip and remove the seat cushion cover and foam pad from the cushion frame.

Late build seat cushion cover

Detach the seat cushion cover plastic retainer and remove the seat cushion cover and foam pad from the cushion frame.

Three-door and 5-door seat cushion covers

Remove the hog rings on the LH and RH side of the seat cushion cover and separate the cover from the foam pad.

Four-door and wagon seat cushion covers

CAUTION: Use care when separating the trim cover hook-and-loop fasteners to avoid tearing the fasteners from the seat cushion foam pad.

Release the hook-and-loop strips and remove the seat cushion cover from the cushion foam pad.
