Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the rear bumper cover. For additional information, refer to BUMPER COVER - REAR, WAGON  or BUMPER COVER - REAR, 3-DOOR/4-DOOR/5-DOOR .
  2. Remove the 4 rear bumper nuts and the rear bumper.
    • Remove the bumper spacers (if equipped).
    • To install, tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
