Removal and Installation
- Remove the luggage compartment lid lock cylinder cover.
- Disconnect the luggage compartment lid latch actuating cable from the luggage compartment lid lock cylinder. If equipped, disconnect the luggage compartment lid lock cylinder electrical connector.
- Release the luggage compartment lid latch actuating cable guide.

- Disconnect the luggage compartment lid latch electrical connector.
- Remove the 3 bolts and the luggage compartment lid latch.
- To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
