Inspection and Verification
- Verify the customer concern.
- Visually inspect the following for obvious signs of electrical damage.VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
Electrical - Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 22 (20A) (early build)
- Central junction box (CJB) fuse 44 (15A) (late build)
- Daytime running lamp (DRL) relay
- Low beam relay
- Circuitry
- Headlamp switch
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
- If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom and GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
