PINPOINT TEST DG: Knock Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:

knock sensors KS1, KS2 (12A699)
harness circuits: KS1+, KS1-, KS2+, and KS2-
powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
