- Verify the customer concern.

Mechanical Electrical - Headlamp switch
- Multifunction switch
- Central junction box (CJB) fuse 59 (7.5A) (low beam and high beam relay)
- Battery junction box (BJB) fuses:
- 6 (10A) (LH low beam)
- 17 (10A) (RH low beam)
- 26 (10A) (LH high beam)
- 27 (10A) (RH high beam)
- Relays
- Bulbs
- Circuitry
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
- If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom and GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
