Removal and Installation

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING .
Remove the engine coolant degas bottle. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING - HYBRID .
Remove the DC-to-DC converter. For additional information, refer to HIGH VOLTAGE CONVERTER-INVERTER .
Install the special tool.

Remove the engine mount bracket bolt.
- To install, tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
Use the special tool to raise the engine 25 mm (0.98 in.).

Remove the 3 nuts and the engine mount bracket.
- To install, tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
Remove the A/C tube bracket nut.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
Rotate the A/C tube brackets off of the studs.
- Reposition the A/C tubes to access the engine mount bolt.
Remove the 3 bolts and the engine mount.
- To install, tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
