| Description: | The PCM checks the gear position when a KOER self-test is requested. The test fails when the gear indicated by the transmission range (TR) sensor is other than PARK. | ||

| Diagnostic Aids: | The KOER self-test executes only in PARK. Make sure the gear selector is in PARK. Repair the TR DTCs first. Make sure the sensor/gear selector assembly does not have any mechanical concerns. | ||
