DTC P0A3C: Drive Motor A Inverter Over Temperature

P0A3C - DRIVE MOTOR A INVERTER OVER TEMPERATURE

Description:  Indicates that the traction motor inverter all 3 temperature sensors experienced an over temperature condition.
Possible Causes: 
  • Motor electronics cooling system concerns.
  • The vehicle was driven beyond its design specifications.
  • Damaged transaxle.
  • Damaged TCM.
Diagnostic Aids:   
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All - - GO to Pinpoint Test TM .
