Removal and Installation

- Remove the Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS) expansion tank nut and bolt, position the tank aside.
- To install, tighten the nut and bolt to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
- Disconnect the brake booster vacuum sensor electrical connector.
- Release the brake booster vacuum sensor retainer ring and remove the vacuum sensor.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Following the scan tool instructions, carry out the Multi-Calibration Routine.
