Pinpoint Test C: All Passenger Power Windows Are Inoperative - Fusion, MILAN

NOTE: Use the correct probe adapter(s) from the Flex Probe Kit when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
  1. C1 CHECK PASSENGER WINDOW OPERATION FROM THE LH FRONT WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH 
    • Ignition ON.
    • Attempt to operate the passenger windows from the LH front window control switch.
    • Do the passenger windows operate from the LH front window control switch? 
    • Yes:  GO to  C3.
    • No:  GO to  C2.
  2. C2 CHECK CIRCUIT GD126 (BK/WH) FOR AN OPEN 
    • Ignition OFF.
    • Disconnect: LH Front Window Control Switch C537B.
    • Measure the resistance between LH front window control switch C537B-7, circuit GD126 (BK/WH), harness side and ground.

    • Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? 
    • Yes:  INSTALL a new LH front window control switch. REFER to Removal and Installation . TEST the system for normal operation.
    • No:  REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
  3. C3 CHECK THE LH FRONT WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH 
    • Yes:  REPAIR circuit CPW14 (VT/WH) for an open. TEST the system for normal operation.
    • No:  INSTALL a new LH front window control switch. REFER to Removal and Installation . TEST the system for normal operation.
