Normal Operation

The smart junction box (SJB) receives fused battery power from the battery junction box (BJB) fuse 17 (50A) circuit 16 (RD/LG) and fuse 1 (25A) circuit 37 (YE). The SJB then provides the ignition switch with fused battery power through fuse 4 (10A) circuit 1715 (RD). When placed in ACC, the ignition switch provides a voltage signal to the SJB on circuit 297 (BK/LG). When placed in RUN, the ignition switch provides voltage signals to the SJB on both circuit 297 (BK/LG) and circuit 1050 (LG/VT).
