Inspection And Verification
- Verify the customer concern by operating the parking lamps.
- Visually inspect for the following obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
Mechanical Electrical - Damaged multifunction switch (13K359)
- Damaged headlamp switch (11654)
- Blown battery junction box (BJB) Fuse 2 (30A)
- Damaged wiring harness
- Loose or corroded connections
- Damaged parking, rear or license lamp
- If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart.
