Fuel Line Fittings - Hairpin Clip: Connect

Inspect the fitting and the tube for damage. Remove any dirt or obstructions.
Apply a light coat of clean engine oil to the male tube end.
Insert the hairpin clip into the fitting.

Align the tube and the fitting.

Insert the tube in the fitting and push together until a click is heard.

Pull on the connection to make sure it is fully engaged.
