Removal and Installation

Disconnect the electrical connectors (left side only).

Remove the wheel and tire assembly. For additional information, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES .
If equipped with running boards, loosen the running board bolts.

Remove the front fender splash shield pin-type retainers.

Remove the front fender splash shield.
1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove the nuts (right side only).
3. Remove the bolts.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
